How to reach us, and what to send.

Most questions are answered on the Gift Card Generator FAQs — plans and limits, how codes and export files work, the seven-day window, and what to do if a file goes astray.

It helps if you can include:

• your Shopify store domain
• what you were doing when the problem happened
• the batch reference, if it concerns a particular batch

never send us a code or a password

We will never ask for a gift card code or an export password, and there is nothing useful we could do with either. Export passwords are not stored by us, so they cannot be looked up, recovered or resent — by us or by anyone else.

If a file containing codes has gone to the wrong person, the fastest thing you can do is deactivate the batch in the app. That stops every card in it. Tell us afterwards.
